Refund Policy
If you happen not to like your mug for whatever reason, you have 21 days from the dispatch date to return it. The mug MUST be unused and in perfect condition, suitable for resale.
Please send an email over to hello@moonandmothstudio with 'REFUND' or 'EXCHANGE' along with your order number as the email subject.
Unfortunately as a small business I cannot cover the postage cost of returns. Please package the parcel sensibly. Once I have recieved the item(s) in perfect condition, your money will be refunded.
